We own a German Shepherd and found the adjustable height feature perfect for her. Although the product comes with grippy feet, we advise using a non-slip rug underneath for better stability. Our dog kept moving it around until we placed a rug underneath, so we highly recommend this addition.

I appreciate that the stand elevates over 12 inches, providing a good height. However, my puppy can easily knock over the stand while eating, causing spills. I am currently looking for ways to slow down his eating. The product is made of durable plastic, but it could be a bit heavier to prevent tipping.
