I really like this product! My only small issue is that I wish it had the capability to hold one bag while picking up another. Besides that, it is perfect! It may take some time to get used to because it is heavier and takes a minute to put the bag on, but if you prepare the bag before you walk, it works wonders!

I have a medium-sized dog and found it difficult to pick up waste in one bag using this product. The design that twists everything together can cause it to come apart unexpectedly. While the roll of doggy bags is generally decent, there are occasional holes in them. Additionally, the plunger that retracts the claw lacks the necessary strength to prevent it from being pulled out when picking up medium-sized waste. It is also inconvenient to detach the bag from the roll once it is full.

I recommend this item even though the bags are more expensive than regular branded bags. The built-in bag dispenser compartment is very convenient. I find this claw scooper convenient as it allows me to pick up dog poop without having to touch it. I recommend having the bag already positioned around the claws before heading out for a walk to save time. For larger dog droppings, you may need to empty the scooper in between. The scented bags are a nice touch. I plan to use it for my morning walks, but my spouse, who does most of the walking, is not a fan of it.

Initially, the product worked well for a few days but then had issues retracting. Amazon promptly sent me a replacement, so I am hopeful it will be more durable. It is very handy for picking up both small and larger pieces, almost like using your hands.
