In general, the product is satisfactory. Unfortunately, one of the stainless steel bowls was damaged upon arrival, but the other two are in good condition. The damaged bowl has some strange, rough scratches that I initially thought were stains, but even after using Goo Gone, they wouldn’t come off. The adjustment buttons for the legs can be sticky due to their cheap plastic material, but once you manage to adjust them, the product is sturdy. I would appreciate a replacement for the damaged bowl.

The Slow Feed is satisfactory and gets the job done. It’s adjustable to a good height for our puppy, and we hope it will continue to work as she grows. The bowls are a good size for water and food, and overall, it seems sturdy. However, it tends to move across the floor when our puppy eats vigorously. It would be beneficial if it had better grip to stay in place.

I found this product to be of higher quality compared to the one I purchased at Petco for $30. Not only is this one adjustable, but it is also very sturdy and makes it super easy to remove the bowls for cleaning. I was so pleased with this purchase that I ended up buying a second one for our new puppy!
