The bags measure 7″ x 14″ and are suitable for picking up my dogs’ waste with a tool other than the Petmate Bin & Rake, as the bag is too tight and does not work well with that device. The bag’s plastic is thinner compared to the bags meant to be used with the Petmate Bin & Rake. However, you can use it with the Claw Scoop from the same brand.

Quick review: I have been using these for the past 4 months, and none of them have fallen apart or developed a hole. My only issue with this product is that the marketing claims it is 3 times thicker than the typical plastic grocery bag, but in reality, it seems thinner. However, since it has not torn yet, this hasn’t been a big problem for me. Another minor complaint is the somewhat unpleasant smell – it reminds me of cheap soap. I never used poop bags until I had to secure my cat’s litter carefully following hyperthyroid treatment. I was impressed by the quality of these bags. They are easy to open and secure tightly. Pros: Truly eliminates all odors, durable, good size, easy to tie them with a knot.
Cons: Does not come in a roll but in a large box, so you either have to take the whole box on a trip or take out a few bags before heading out and carry them loose.
