The product arrived in perfect condition with no damages. Although it didn’t come with instructions, it was easy to figure out how to use. Simply remove the top lid to insert food, but be careful not to remove the jug or kibbles will spill everywhere. For the water jug, unscrew the cap, fill it up, and screw the cap back on before placing it back in the holder. The jugs can be easily removed for cleaning. This feeder is the perfect size, doesn’t leak, and has no strange smells or particles….

I find this product to be quite useful, especially since I have six cats. I would give it 4 stars because the water capacity is not very high, requiring you to tilt it forward to fill it completely. Nonetheless, I still think it’s a nice product.
