The water unit functions well, but it is smaller than I had hoped for. The food dispenser struggles with anything larger than the smallest kibble due to a design flaw. It may suit those with very small pets, but larger kibble sizes present challenges. The quality is good and durable, suitable for many users and their pets. I really like this product! The only downside is that the food container could be a bit sturdier, but overall I have been using this product for months and am very satisfied with it. I purchased these dog bowls for my two large dogs and was initially surprised by their smaller size. However, they have been working wonderfully for us. I bought two sets for each of my dogs and they have been performing well. Occasionally, the larger food does get stuck, but it is easy for the dogs to dislodge it for refilling. I highly recommend these bowls for small to medium-sized dogs. While they can also work for large dogs, they may not hold as much food as needed.
