I initially had issues with the water dispenser in the first set I ordered, but the seller promptly replaced the set with a new one. The second water dispenser now works perfectly and I am very satisfied with it!
My Account –
The product worked great for the first 6 months with smooth water flow and proper food fitting. However, after this period, the water stopped refilling. Despite attempts to troubleshoot by adjusting the settings, the issue persisted. Efforts to find a replacement cap were unsuccessful.

I found that this water dish functioned flawlessly for the first week. However, after this initial period, I encountered an issue where the valve no longer opens to allow water to fill the bowl. Oddly enough, the valve works perfectly when not connected to the assembly, but fails to function when in use. I purchased these products in January for my two rescued cats. We purchased this product for a four-day trip during which our cats would be home alone. In addition, I bought an electronic food dispenser. We set up both items the week before our departure. Upon our return, the electronic dispenser was functioning perfectly, but unfortunately, our cats did not take to it.
