The product was relatively easy to set up, almost too basic. The only minor issue was with determining the correct portion size, as the product didn’t specify the size ranges, which go from 0 to 12. I found that portion size number four was perfect for my cats, who I feed twice a day with small pieces of food. The feeder has backup batteries in case of power outages, which came in handy during a trip when we were away for 8 hours without electricity.
