My 6-month-old puppy was able to remove and destroy this product within 5 minutes despite the muzzle being securely fastened. The quality of the product is extremely poor as my dog was able to easily get rid of it and destroy it within a minute.

I purchased a large size for my big dog and a small size for my little dog. The muzzle fit my Belgian Shepherd perfectly, but the small one had a twisted strap that I couldn’t fix without risking damage. The seller quickly responded with information on how to return the item for a refund. I will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.

I regret not realizing that this product only had one strap. I had a similar one before that worked great, but unfortunately, this one comes off the dog within seconds.

I recently received the basket muzzle and while I cannot speak on its durability yet, the initial quality appears good. The size 2 I ordered was too big for my dog, but after contacting customer service for a replacement, I promptly received an email response and a size 1 replacement within a few days. The replacement fits well, and I am pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service team. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the product.
