After trying many different brands, I ultimately chose this one. My 13-year-old yellow lab now has a sensitive stomach, and this dry food agrees with him perfectly!

After adopting a 7-year-old German Shepherd, he began limping within a month or two. I preferred to provide quality food and supplements rather than immediately resorting to medication. This food contained higher levels of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and Omegas compared to others in its price range. Switching Jake to this food resulted in improved eating habits, a healthier coat with reduced shedding, and a noticeable decrease in limping. Although he still requires Carprofen twice a day,…

We made the switch to Blue Buffalo about six or seven years ago. Our medium and large breed dogs appear to be healthier compared to our previous dogs. However, I find Blue Buffalo’s dry kibble to be overpriced.

I am extremely satisfied with Blue Buffalo dog food, particularly the chicken & brown rice recipe designed for large breed and large breed senior dogs. My 8-year-old, 72-pound Black Labrador Retriever looks and acts like a young pup thanks to this food. His coat has a beautiful sheen and a purple hue when the sun hits it. My 80-pound, nearly 11-year-old dog really enjoys this food, although he tends to like anything. I typically mix it with bone broth, chicken, and pumpkin. I divide his meals into two portions, around 250 in the morning and 250 in the evening. I briefly increased the amount to 275 per meal, resulting in my dog having soft-to-runny stools in…

I transitioned my 11 1/2 year old shepherd/rottweiler mix to Blue Buffalo senior food around 6 months ago. Unfortunately, he started experiencing severe gas issues. After exploring various expensive vet options, a simple suggestion from a passerby at the vet office turned out to be the solution – just spraying some water on the food. Although this food is a bit drier than his previous brand, the superior ingredients and the cost-free solution almost completely resolved the gas problem….

I have been feeding my dogs Blue Buffalo Dog Food for many years now. They love the taste, and I trust the quality of the food. In the past, I had to buy from big chain pet stores like Petsmart or order online. However, Blue Buffalo is now available at stores like Sam’s Club and Target, which has been more convenient for me. Although it’s great for quick access and cost savings during sales, finding different formulas can be challenging. Luckily, I found the large breed senior formula on…
