While attempting to administer the product to my dog’s eyes by tipping the dropper, it unexpectedly fell out causing the solution to spill on my dog’s face due to the lack of a secure fastening mechanism. I find the design puzzling. Despite this issue, the solution appears to be effective for my dog’s eyes. Exercise caution when applying it.

The eye wash solution itself works well, however, the applicator is not securely attached, which can be distressing for my pup when the entire bottle spills on their face. I tried ordering it again, and this time the nozzle did not fall off, but there is a musty odor coming from beneath the cap. I am hesitant to use this on my pup’s eyes, especially during a time when there is an epidemic of eye wash-related issues causing blindness in both humans and pets.
