This toy is perfect for dogs and can be used for playing fetch, tug-of-war, and even for adding a bit of plain yogurt or peanut butter to keep our puppy entertained during his downtime. It is incredibly durable and of excellent quality.

My 65-pound dog got a hold of this toy that was meant for a 25-pound, 5-month-old puppy, and he completely destroyed the rope making it unsafe for further use. However, the rubber part, typical of KONG products, held up well. I plan to order the larger, more durable version and give it another try. The price is reasonable and the rubber part is great for holding peanut butter.

For our Hovi lady, THE rope!!!! After the first one slowly succumbed to the tug of war after a good 3 years, we had to buy this exact one again, as other ropes were not well-received or only tolerated. Of course, it’s likely that the rope itself will need to be replaced at some point, but the chew piece is really robust…..and after 3 years of daily play, I would say the toy has a long lifespan.

Our dog absolutely adores playing with this toy! It’s the only one he will engage with independently. The toy is perfect for chewing and for playing games like fetch and tug-of-war with him. It’s very durable and just the right size for our small dog. He is absolutely in love with it!

We purchased the small kong with rope for our 3 1/2-month-old Welsh Corgi puppy who is teething. It has been a hit with him! Unfortunately, my Border Collie managed to shred the rope toy within just one hour, as shown in the photo. Disappointing to see it didn’t live up to Kong’s reputation for toughness. Hoping the rubber toy will prove to be more durable. Would recommend avoiding this particular product.
