One morning, my dog’s eye was completely matted shut. I quickly ordered this eye wash product and received it the next day. After applying a few drops to my dog’s eye, it made a significant difference! Prior to using the product, I had resorted to cleaning my dog’s eye with a warm wet washcloth. This product is definitely worth the investment!

Initially, I was disappointed as this product was non-returnable and arrived with a broken bottle seal causing spillage of most of its contents. However, I am pleased to update my review as the company proactively contacted me in response. The customer service has been exceptional, and they are sending a replacement bottle. The product functions effectively in managing under-eye staining, which has been beneficial.
