I bought these toys for my two Siberian Husky puppies, one of whom just turned one year old. The toys have proven to be very durable, as my older puppy tends to destroy her toys but these have held up well. The product lived up to its claims, but it is not suitable for large or even medium-sized dogs. My two pit bulls can easily destroy them, and even my three-month-old puppy will outgrow them soon. Despite the size limitations, these toys are fantastic for puppies and small dogs.

Rating: 3.5 stars – I bought these toys for my boys, but, unfortunately, they didn’t last long. The rope ball was their favorite and held up the best since I used it for fetch instead of just letting them chew on it. However, the other toys didn’t fare as well. After a short period of unattended play, they managed to destroy two tug ropes and one of the balls. The tug rope even split in the center, making it look more like the balls with a handle. I was hesitant to try these ropes with my newfie puppy after my old husky easily destroyed similar ones. Surprisingly, they are holding up well with my 5-month-old newfie, although she can still unravel them quite easily. I recommend using them sparingly and under close supervision. I only use them during playtime with human companions for a game of tug of war.

I own a large dog and finding anything that’s truly chew-proof is a challenge, maybe even rocks would get chewed! This set of dog toys is a great addition to my collection. They are all made of braided rope which my dog enjoys, although they will eventually shred – but let’s be honest, what dog rope toy doesn’t? Overall, it’s a great value for the price.
