My dog absolutely adores this rope toy. He goes crazy searching for it in his toy box. The only downside is that if I’m not careful, the knots on one end can accidentally hit me when he shakes it, resulting in some pretty nasty bruises! It’s a bit challenging to play with him without getting hurt, but he has a blast! On the bright side, when my dog and his brother play together, they each take a side of the rope, which is adorable and injury-free for me. Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase!

I have not tested the product for strong pulling yet, but it seems like it would hold up well. My dog is a persistent chewer and tends to pick at things slowly. The threads on this rope do come apart easily if your dog picks at it. Despite this, I would still recommend it, but I can only give it a 4-star rating for durability.

I have a Pitbull mix dog that is very destructive. The toys I used to buy for him would get destroyed in just one day, and the large bones would last him 30 minutes. However, this toy has been with him for 2 months and he hasn’t been able to destroy it yet, it remains practically intact.

We were initially thrilled with our new toy for our energetic 4-month-old Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix. The moment we introduced this rope toy, he couldn’t resist playing his favorite tug-of-war game! It was truly love at first sight, as you can see in the pictures. My 10-month-old, 75-pound mutt managed to shred this toy within an hour. The fringe came off easily and ended up all over the place. While both him and his 70ish-pound sister did have some fun playing tug of war with it briefly, it couldn’t handle his chewing for long. I understand it’s not designed for that purpose, but I had hoped the strings would be more durable.
