We initially fed a baby squirrel with this product as it was easily accessible at Petco. However, we soon discovered that it caused the squirrel to have a foul odor in its urine. After switching to a formula specifically designed for squirrels, the smell disappeared. This product can be a convenient choice for immediate use, but be aware of the potential odor issue for baby squirrels.
