I purchased the bacon-flavored bones for my two small dogs, both under 12lbs. I initially expected the bones to be larger, but they still managed to keep my dogs entertained for a solid 2 hours. When the bones got down to smaller pieces that concerned me regarding choking hazards, I followed the instructions by soaking them in warm water for 5 minutes. I purchased this product for my French bulldog, and the package included 3 chews. Unfortunately, the first chew split quickly, which made me think it was just a one-time issue. However, when I gave her another one, she bit off a piece within the first few minutes (as shown in the picture) and almost choked. I received this product only about an hour ago and immediately gave one to my small dog. The chew is already more than halfway gone, much quicker than I anticipated due to its smaller size. I may have to microwave it soon to prevent choking. Despite the rapid consumption, my dog seems to really enjoy the flavor, and there is no noticeable smell. While the price is reasonable, the larger, more expensive options would last much longer than this pack based on my observation.

The price of these treats doubled from $6 last week to almost $12 today for the same size and product. They are essentially hard milk cut into small rectangles. While my dog loves them, a pack of 3 only lasts her about 2 days. The increased cost makes them kind of expensive and not as worth it anymore. I will be switching to ecokind treats instead.

I have a West Highland White Terrier who is a serious chewer, almost like an Olympic champion! Initially, she wasn’t too interested in this particular bacon-flavored chew compared to her regular cheese-flavored one. However, once she started chewing it, her enthusiasm was evident. Normally, she chews for about half an hour and then moves on, but with this bacon chew, she was determined to finish it in one go. I rated it a 3 for longevity as I expected it to last longer than a few hours….
