Initially a beloved toy, but unfortunately, my two young Dobermans managed to tear it apart in less than 48 hours. Consequently, there are now bits of string scattered throughout the house. It seems we may belong to the group of customers who received a less durable rope, or perhaps our dogs just require a more robust toy. Update 4/17: It’s been almost a month since my initial review, and I’m pleased to report that this rope is still intact despite my aggressive chewing dog! There are a few loose strings that I easily trimmed off. The material is durable, the knots are secure, and so far, it has held up well to hours of play. I have gone through ropes quickly in the past, so I will continue to monitor its quality. For the price, I believe it’s a worthwhile purchase. Highly recommend!

I bought this large dog rope toy for my dogs to play tug-of-war with, and it’s perfect. The size is great, and the knots make it easy for them to grip. My 15-month-old lab is a chewer, but after a few days, the toy is still intact. I also adore the attractive blue and white color scheme.
