The music keeps playing repeatedly and cannot be turned off unless the entire toy is powered off. The song “Happy Birthday” plays on a loop, which my dog dislikes. Overall, not a recommended product. 😤

The zipper malfunctioned on the third usage.

My dog really enjoyed this toy initially, but it only lasted for one use. Unfortunately, it will not recharge and the zipper fell apart after the first use. I attempted to replace the zipper, but the entire covering fell apart.

This toy provides entertainment for my golden retriever puppy, but unfortunately, it loses its charge quickly. After approximately 40 minutes of use, the bouncing feature stopped working. Disappointed with the product’s performance and planning to return it.

My dog initially enjoyed playing with this toy, but unfortunately, it didn’t hold up well. Within just a few hours, the toy was torn apart, which was surprising because my dog is usually gentle with toys. The zipper on the toy quickly broke, causing the white “mechanism” ball to fall out. This made the toy non-functional. I would suggest redesigning this toy to be more durable. It’s a cute concept, but it needs improvement.

Our great dane adores this toy and it keeps her entertained for a long time. The first one we received was missing the charging cable, but the issue was promptly resolved the next day with a replacement that included the appropriate cable, which is not a standard phone USB charger cable.
