Advantix 2 is a highly effective product that lives up to its claims of repelling pests, particularly mosquitoes which are a concern for heartworm prevention. I have consistently found better results with Advantix 2 compared to Frontline, which seems to lose its effectiveness over time.

My 27-pound terrier mix dog had a few fleas and was scratching excessively. I tried this product, but the container was too small for my dog’s coat. Despite some product wastage due to bursting when opening, it effectively eliminated the fleas. My dog stopped scratching within 24 hours, and after rinsing him with shampoo, the fleas were gone. Overall, it’s a great product, but the packaging could be improved.
