I own a large pit bull and a Rhodesian ridgeback/pit mix, both of which have strong bites. I discovered that these toys are extremely durable yet have a slight flexibility. At the shelter where I volunteer, we utilize these Kong bones for our bigger dogs and fill them with peanut butter as a special treat. The dogs thoroughly enjoy them, finding them calming as they have something to gnaw on. Even our most vigorous chewers find that the Kong bones are durable. I have found these to be excellent bully stick holders, and they are more budget-friendly than those specifically designed for that purpose. They may not work well with very thin sticks, unless you double up, which my dogs surprisingly don’t seem to mind. I have noticed that as the sticks get shorter, they can be difficult to remove, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that there is less risk of my dogs choking on a small piece of bully stick.

I waited a while before writing a review because I wanted to test the product’s durability. After a couple of months of rough use, I can confidently say that it is extremely resistant. My medium-sized mixed-breed dog (25kg) destroys all his toys, no matter what material they are made of. Initially, he found this bone boring because he couldn’t break it. Now he has gotten used to just chewing on it, and it still looks brand new! I highly recommend it.

This product is comparable to Kong toys in terms of durability, making it suitable for strong chewers. It is just the right size for my 40-pound dog. Definitely worth the price.
