I recently purchased the Small size jacket for my dog, who weighs 11.5 lbs with measurements of Chest girth: 15″, Neck girth: 12″, and Base of neck to base of tail: 14″. The Small size fit him perfectly, despite my initial concerns about it not covering enough of his back due to his longer body and slightly shorter legs. I really like this reversible coat for my dog, the size L fits perfectly. I wish it had two elastic bands for the back legs because it tends to ride up a bit when he walks, which looks funny. Overall, it works well and serves its purpose, plus it looks very stylish. I love the plaid prints!

Cons: The jacket is not truly waterproof as claimed. When my dogs wear it and walk on snow, the jacket rubs against the ground, absorbing moisture and becoming heavy quickly, making my dogs wet and cold within 15 minutes.
