The product matched the description and my dog adores it. However, my dog’s tendency to scratch at his bed led to the quick deterioration of the outer cover. Despite this, the pad itself remains in good condition and my dog continues to enjoy using it. If your dog doesn’t scratch, this should not pose a significant issue.

Update – I initially rated the product with 2 stars due to receiving a smaller item than expected based on the photo. However, the company promptly contacted me and graciously offered to exchange it for a larger bed. Their exceptional customer service truly sets them apart.
The original bed had no issues other than the size discrepancy. The pricing was very competitive compared to other dog beds, and the product comes with a generous 2-year warranty.
Overall, I give it 5 stars.
