I am extremely satisfied with this product. My small dog enjoys this food, even though she is usually a picky eater. She is doing very well with this product and I am very pleased with the results.

My dog Cookie only eats this brand of hard dog food. She finishes the 4 lb bag completely before moving on. Cookie doesn’t like stale food, so the freshness of this brand is important. While she doesn’t care much for the lamb flavor, she absolutely loves the chicken, sweet potato, and pumpkin recipe. Cookie truly enjoys every bite. I simply heat up a bit of water in the microwave to soften the food and create a gravy for her.

I am amazed at how much my dogs adore this food! It’s as if they can’t seem to get enough of it. Just to give you some context, I have two chihuahuas weighing 4 and 7 pounds, and two mini schnauzers weighing 7 and 10 pounds. While I find this food a bit pricey, I do alternate between this brand and another. Overall, I would definitely suggest giving it a try!

My 17-year-old dog requires Mature Dog food and had to switch from chicken to lamb due to the discontinuation of the former. Despite this change, she appears to enjoy the lamb option. I’ve been feeding her Nature’s Recipe since she was 8 weeks old, and I can confidently say that the food is excellent. However, with the company being acquired by another, there has been a reduction in the variety of flavors available, which is unfortunate.

My dogs enjoy all the flavors and haven’t encountered any problems. However, a common issue with every bag I’ve bought from Amazon and other retailers is that the “resealable seal” inside the bag keeps coming off due to a defect. This seal is meant to keep the food fresh, but it tends to detach completely by the third use. I hope this issue can be addressed and fixed.
