The harnesses are well-made and offer plenty of adjustment options to prevent dogs from pulling out. While my larger dogs have no issues wearing them continuously, my smaller dogs managed to chew them up on their first wear. I recommend supervising your dog closely when they wear it for the first time, especially if they have a tendency to chew. I was looking for an alternative to a collar for my dog who has a partially collapsed trachea to hold her ID and medical information tags. This product works wonderfully! My dog weighs 15 lbs. and has a chest measurement of 20.5 inches just below her armpits. The size small fits her perfectly with some room to spare.
