I found that these are not as thick as I had anticipated, but they are still strong enough. They work well for my 90lb English Bull Mastiff and provide adequate support.

The clasp on the product I received differs from the one depicted in the picture. Its size is considerably smaller, about half the width of the base where it connects to the leash. This is disappointing because I believe it may not withstand regular wear and pulling.

The clasp and stitching may feel a bit fragile and could potentially break if pulled by a larger or more aggressive medium sized dog. Overall, it is a decent product considering the price, especially if you are unable to easily access the materials needed to make one yourself (black nylon strip and clasp).
