I have purchased many pet products from Amazon in the past, and I have always had issues with the packaging being cut. However, this time, the packaging was sealed properly without any cut marks. I found this product to be effective on dogs, but I was disappointed by its watery consistency. I believe a cream would have been more convenient to apply and better retained on the affected area.
