I highly recommend measuring your dog’s chest circumference before purchasing this coat. I would rate it 4.5 stars overall. My 8lb chihuahua, who has a 17-inch chest and is 10 inches long, fits perfectly in the size SMALL. I have a 20-kilo dog and I purchased the largest size, but it is a bit short for him and just barely fits in terms of width. I am giving it this rating because I believe it is made of good quality material and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a large dog.
