Our mini schnauzer sustained a toe injury and we decided to purchase these paw bandages to protect the injury from licking and debris before his surgery. Unfortunately, the velcro tab was ineffective and the bandage fell off shortly after putting it on. We had to use self-adhesive medical tape to keep it in place. Additionally, the bandages were packaged inside-out and were difficult to turn right-side out without tearing the seam. We found that the bandages were not very durable and could…

I purchased the extra extra small size for my cat and secured it with a collar and bandages to prevent him from removing it. It is frustrating that we need to ensure they are put on correctly, but it’s manageable.

I regret not discovering these sooner. Baxter had paw surgery for a benign tumor and the bandages were beginning to irritate his dew claw and lacked breathability. Initially, it may have required more padding post-surgery, but overall, these have been the best and most breathable solution we’ve found for this issue. While they claim to be water-resistant, given their cost, I intend to still protect them with rubber paw booties or plastic bags for outdoor use. Dealing with paw problems is…

I appreciate the innovative concept of these paw mitts, but unfortunately, the practical application falls short. My 70 lb lab typically wears a size large, but finding that size proved to be quite challenging. I ended up purchasing the XL size, only to realize it was too big and had to be returned. I found it inconvenient that the manufacturer requires the mitts to be turned inside out before application, which seems to be a measure to prevent tearing but can be cumbersome, especially for…

This product is excellent for covering a paw after surgery as it provides an additional layer of protection. It is relatively easy to put on, although it requires turning it inside out which can be a bit tricky. While it is on the pricier side, the unique design is not readily available in local stores.
I am updating my review after my dog had her staples removed and kept licking the not fully healed wound. With regular wraps, she would easily remove them. However, with this sock-like…

The Medimitt paw bandages are quite expensive. They tend to tear easily when putting them on as they come inside out and require some effort to get them right side in. However, once you manage to put them on, they fasten well and provide a secure fit to the paw. The pricing of these bandages may seem excessive, but they are effective in preventing mess on the floor from surgeries or oozing growths. Despite ordering them twice, I plan to explore a more affordable brand to see if it meets my…

My dog developed a tumor on her paw and we needed to keep it covered when she went outside or if it became ulcerated. These bandages have been a lifesaver for us! They are perfect for taking her out and on her walks. I don’t keep them on for too long because they are waterproof and can make her paw too moist inside. I find it a bit inconvenient that they are inside out, which doesn’t seem very sanitary and requires me to reverse them, but I would have to bandage my dog’s paw multiple times a…
