    Directions

For feeding: All puppies should receive their mother’s milk for at least 2 days, if possible. Warm reconstituted Esbilac to room or body temperature before serving. Feed puppies 2 tablespoons (30mL) of liquid Esbilac per 4 oz. (115g) of body weight daily. Divide the daily feeding amount into equal portions for each feeding. Weigh the puppies daily to assure adequate feeding. Consult your veterinarian for additional advice. For pregnant and lactating bitches, feed 2 teaspoons (4g) Esbilac powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily. For growing puppies already on solid food, show dogs and/or convalescing dogs, feed 1 teaspoon (2g) Esbilac powder per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) body weight daily by top dressing food. For mixing: Gently stir or shake one part powdered Esbilac into two parts warm water. Do not mix more Esbilac than can be consumed in 24 hours. Do not use a blender. Reconstituted Esbilac should be kept refrigerated. One 12 oz. can of powder makes approximately 60 oz. of liquid when mixed 1:2. One 28 oz. can of powder makes approximately 140 oz. of liquid when mixed 1:2. One 5 lb. bag makes approximately 400 oz when mixed 1:2.

I bought this item as a donation, so I assume it was the right choice since it was requested by the recipient.

    2. trisha peterson

I purchased this product for the rescue organization I volunteer with, and it was essential as there are four malamute puppies that require feeding.

    3. Theresa

I purchased this for my sister-in-law, who works as a wildlife rehabber. She goes through a lot of this product!

    4. Vicky

      Ideal for puppies

    5. R. E. Davison

Our Chiweenie recently had a litter of six adorable puppies. One of the puppies, the runt, required a milk supplement to help her gain weight and keep up with her siblings. The entire litter benefited from the supplement, especially since six puppies is quite a large litter for a small dog. Mama dog definitely appreciated the extra help.

    6. Theresa

This product is powdered milk specially formulated for puppies and is of excellent quality.

    7. Linda W.

    8. R. E. Davison

Simple to use, clearly delicious as my puppy devoured it eagerly.
