We are big fans of this harness for our energetic border collie. It is quick and simple to put on. Unlike other harnesses, there are no buckles on the side or belly that could cause irritation during active play. We appreciate the top handle and reflective strips for nighttime walks. My dog, who is an American Bully mix with a large neck and broad rib cage, fits perfectly in the adjustable large size of this harness. I highly recommend it as it appears to be sturdy and durable. Initially, I was confused as I didn’t realize that the waist strap can be completely removed to accommodate both larger and smaller waists. It’s important to measure your dog’s neck since this harness doesn’t have an adjustable neck strap.

I am rating this product 4 stars primarily due to sizing issues. Despite following the guidelines, I had to return it for a larger size. However, once I got the sizing right, the product itself is excellent. It is very durable and fits my active dog well. I find the PetSafe EasySport Harness to be a more straightforward and lightweight option compared to other harnesses I’ve tried. It’s ideal for warm weather and doesn’t get caught behind the dog’s front leg “armpits” like some other harnesses do. The sturdy handle on the top of the harness is also a useful feature.

Despite being at the small end of the XS size range with a 17″ girth, this harness was too small for him, which was surprising. We purchased this product in 2017 and it has proven to be very durable and effective. The elastic bands eventually wore out after numerous adventures, but we were happy to buy a new replacement today. Overall, we are very satisfied with this harness.
