I can’t understand the positive reviews at all. There is a gap on the sides, causing a strong draft. Additionally, I couldn’t figure out how to store the chips implanted in the dogs. Lastly, I must say that I find the quality very poor for the price.

The service was fine, but my issue lies more with the product itself. We have a larger dog and two smaller pets. The tags for the bigger door are too large for the smaller animals, and unfortunately, smaller tags are not available for the larger doors. This seems like an oversight by the manufacturer. I hope they consider offering smaller tag options for all sizes of pet doors in the future.

There are varying opinions on this product, so I’d like to provide some clarification based on my experience. There are multiple versions of this door available. The original version features a clear door with an extruded “range” knob, while the newer version has a frosted door with a flush “sensitivity” knob. This product completely changed our dynamic with the dogs. They are now much more autonomous, feeling freer and safer. They can be with us whenever they want (almost all the time) but also have the freedom to go out whenever they need to. Before, we had to leave the door open, letting in the wind and dust… and we had to keep an eye on closing it as soon as possible. It was a great purchase.

I have a dog and two indoor cats. This pet door works perfectly for my energetic Doberman who loves to run in and out all day. It helps in letting him out when needed while preventing the indoor cats from escaping. I typically keep it on automatic mode, but the lock feature comes in handy when necessary. Despite its loudness, which has been mentioned by others, it has not scared my pets. I would definitely purchase this product again.
