Although I personally don’t eat it, my Maltese boys absolutely love this food. They prefer it over other varieties in their bowl. It is high-quality and keeps them healthy and at a good weight. The price is a bit higher than I prefer, but it’s worth it for the health benefits. I recommend trying it out and consider mixing it with a more affordable quality food for variety.

I am frustrated with the packaging from Amazon. I had a subscription for this product, but it arrived in the same bag as detergent. The bag ripped, causing the product to mix with the soap. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of it as there was no option to return or exchange it. It’s disappointing to lose my money because the product is actually good and my dog enjoys it.

My dog has been dealing with digestive issues for a while now, but ever since I started adding Primal supplements to his dry food (Instinct Raw for Gut Health) a year ago, the results have been fantastic. This combination has worked wonders for him. I appreciate how convenient and easy it is to use and store the product. However, what truly stands out for me is the high-quality ingredients and processing method that seem to effectively preserve the nutrients in the food and keep harmful…

Opting for freeze-dried raw food is significantly more convenient compared to dealing with frozen options or preparing it from scratch. I appreciate that this product includes organs and bones in addition to meat, which indicates a high level of quality. It is user-friendly, and most importantly, my dogs thoroughly enjoy it!

Many dog owners, like myself, have found that their dogs love this food, but the rising cost has become a challenge in recent months. After my oldest Boston Terrier rejected his previous food, I tried various options before discovering that Primal worked best for him, despite being one of the most expensive choices. To address some digestive issues, I started hydrating his food with baby food (pumpkin, sweet potato, and banana), adding a tablespoon of whole cooked oatmeal, and a bit of fresh…

I’ve had my rescue dog for nearly two years now, and she’s incredibly picky when it comes to food – except for human food. Despite trying numerous types of dog food, I always end up making her meals. I worry about providing the right nutrition and calories. I was amazed when I introduced this freeze-dried topper; now, I simply add 1/4 cup to her kibble, shredded chicken breast, and warm chicken broth mixture, and she devours it. In just a week, I’ve noticed her weight slightly decreasing and…

    7. LQTNTC’s momma

I have found that the lower protein percentage in this food has contributed to reducing my dog’s liver values compared to the previous food. I am pleased with the seal on the bag as it consistently closes securely. Although there may be slight variations in ingredients depending on where you read them, the core ingredients appear to remain consistent. However, it is on the expensive side.

I exclusively feed my 10lb mini poodle, who is a picky eater and prefers chicken over beef, this product. I give her 1 cup of dry food in the morning and 1.5 cups mixed with water for dinner. Despite the high price, the product is filled with high-quality ingredients, and luckily, my dog doesn’t eat a lot. While freeze-drying is costly, you can find this product frozen at various pet stores like Hollywood Feed for a lower price per ounce. Thawing it may take time unless you add hot water….
