On the very first day of using this product on my dog, the size adjuster broke. I attempted to continue using it until I could replace it, but unfortunately, the buckle was also not reliable. It constantly came undone, and the cheap plastic material did not hold up well.

However, one was poorly finished and irritated my dog’s neck, so I had to return it and wait for a replacement. The new one, which would have been the third, also arrived with poor finishing.
