My white Havanese mix occasionally develops tear stains when the crusty residue from his tears accumulates. Removing this crust can be uncomfortable for him, especially in our low humidity environment where it forms quickly. I discovered that using a small amount of the Stain Remover Balm prevents the crust from forming. However, I have to be careful not to use too much or else it can lead to grease stains instead of tear stains.

The product does not perform as effectively as shown in the photos. Despite daily application on my English Bulldog with a white face, the tear stains are still present, albeit to a lesser degree.

I haven’t seen a significant improvement in my dog’s tear stains, but I admit that I haven’t been consistent in using the product, so the fault may be on my end. On a positive note, it is extremely user-friendly, my dog doesn’t seem to be bothered by it, and only a small amount is needed for each application.
