I appreciate the simple ingredients and fair pricing of these dog biscuits. However, upon arrival, most of the biscuits were broken and the bag inside the box contained mainly crumbles and pieces. Despite being well-packaged with proper padding, it was disappointing to find so many damaged biscuits. Interestingly, there was another bag of dog biscuits from a different brand in the same shipping box that arrived intact. It seems the issue lies with the quality of the biscuits themselves…

However, the cardboard box they come in is thin and lacks protection for the delicate treats due to the cellophane window. The company should consider using a sturdier box for packaging. If you order from Amazon, be aware that they may arrive in a plain, uncushioned plastic envelope unless shipped with other items that require a box. Both of my small dogs adore these cookies. I give them to my pups as special treats and also to reward them for learning new tricks. Boo and Milo go crazy for these treats! While there are some broken pieces in the bag, my dogs and I don’t mind at all. They happily munch on the broken bits just as eagerly as they do on the whole treats, which I often break in half during training sessions. I will definitely be purchasing these cookies again.
