I previously owned the older PetLibro feeder model (PLAF003) and unfortunately, it had a major flaw – food would easily spill out of it. Even the slightest movement would cause food to dispense, defeating the purpose of having an automatic feeder with a set schedule. We have been using this product for approximately 18 months to feed a group of 6 cats and 2 raccoons. It has performed exceptionally well, even enduring the harsh Iowa winter without any issues. The ability to control the feeding schedule, especially when we are not at home, has been fantastic.
