My West Highland Terrier started developing small spots inside her ears, which I believe were just a build-up of dirt rather than anything serious. I have been using this brand’s ear drops, shampoo, and cream, and I am very pleased with the results. After a few uses, I noticed that when I gently rub the inside of her ears, the cleaning wipe picks up some dirt. It may take some time to completely clear it up, but the products are gentle and haven’t caused any discomfort to my dog.
